INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 ounces vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 tablespoon almond butter
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    1 cup kale
    3/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 5 inch cucumber sliced into rings
  • 5 mint leaves

INSTUCTIONS

  1. Drop ingredients in the bottom of a pitcher or fruit infuser bottle.
  2. Cover with ice about 1/2 way through then fill to top with water.
  3. Place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
  4. You can refill the container 2-3 times before it begins to lose flavor.

  • Strawberries
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Cutting Board
  • Large Knife
  • Paring Knife
  • Parchment or Wax Paper
  • Cake Pop/Lollipop Sticks

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Cut tops off strawberries so the top is flat.
  2. Put parchment/wax paper on cookie sheet.
  3. Put a stick into each piece of fruit.
  4. Dip fruit in yogurt.
  5. Put yogurt covered fruit onto papered cookie sheet.
  6. Put in freezer for 30 minutes - 1 hour, until yogurt is frozen. Time will depend on thickness of yogurt coating.
  7. Enjoy!
